Cité Parkway Retirement Residence - 380 LeBoutillier Ave, Ottawa

The Cité Parkway Retirement Residence is located at 380 LeBoutillier Ave, Ottawa. TL Mechanical was awarded the mechanical HVAC scope of work for this retirement residence. We installed all duct work and associated materials for 180 suites ranging from independent lifestyle suites to complete memory care. In addition, we installed all rooftop units, pool dehumidification unit, completed refrigeration for all AC split units, and all control work throughout the building.

This project was successfully completed Summer 2016.
