Located in the heart of Kanata, the Courtyards on Eagleson Retirement Residence project is a luxury 71 suite senior retirement building. This facility offers a wide variety of suite styles, full amenities and services, common area and unique outdoor courtyard.

TL Mechanical was selected to be the prime contractor by All Seniors Care for this project. Our team installed facility-wide HVAC systems including air conditioning units, multiple fan coil units, and a complete exhaust system. TL Mechanical was able to successfully deliver the systems required to meet every critical project milestone in support of the All Seniors Care’s launch.
