Centrally located steps from the Rideau Centre and Byward Market, the Ottawa ArtHaus Condominiums is a state-of-the-art 23 storey mixed-use complex that features a 120-room, 89 private residences, theatre and an art gallery. With detailed project planning & a team of dedicated technicians, we completed the installation of all new ductwork, a rooftop air handling unit, two Mitsubishi split sytems, and heat pump system. Our experts also coordinated the installation of duct insulation, balancing and controls systems for the building. TL Mechanical technicians installed & commissioned the new systems, ensuring smooth operation and full compliance.
